Product Testing Power – ₹800 per KVA

Exhibitors requiring electrical power to test and demonstrate their products must book the required power capacity in advance at ₹800 per KVA.

Power Booking Requirements

• Minimum requirement: 3 KVA

• Maximum requirement: 100 KVA

• Rate: ₹800 per KVA

• Exhibitors must declare the maximum total electrical load (in KVA) required for their equipment during product testing.

• Power allocation will be based on the capacity booked and approved by the organiser. Any additional requirement must be requested and approved separately.

Overload & Power Tripping Policy

• Exhibitors must ensure that their total power consumption does not exceed the approved KVA limit.

• Any power tripping caused by an overload or by exceeding the approved capacity may result in a penalty of ₹50,000 or a delay in power restoration, as determined by the organiser.

• Power restoration following an overload-related trip will be subject to inspection, safety clearance, and the organiser’s approval.

• Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their equipment and electrical connections comply with the organiser’s safety requirements.

By booking product testing power, exhibitors agree to comply with these conditions.
